I truly didn't know what massage was until I had a session with Jag, i have now known Jag for years, over the years Jag has thought me how to live more in peace and harmony with myself and my body. He is a wonderful friend and honestly the Best massage therapist in the world.

I have been going to Jag for many years now. He provides a holistic massage anchored in strong technical knowledge of massage techniques and anatomy. He tailors his approach every session to your actual condition at that point both physically and emotionally. Jag is sensitive, professional and always makes me feel comfortable and safe, which is important as I go to his home for the sessions.

Jag is currently helping me as I am a chronic fatigue sufferer. He is using the emerald heart light to help me overcome issues and fears that are preventing my recovery. I speak to Jag on the phone and he guides me how to change my limiting thought processes and sometimes sends me an essence to help with this. The treatment is going well and I am starting to feel real changes taking place. I've found Jag very easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I have been ill for a number of years and tried many different therapies. Jag is definitely one of the best practioners I have ever worked with.

Jag really knows his stuff and his massage was exceptional. I highly recommend him.

Professional service and highly effective and relaxing remedial massage. I was impressed by Jag's professional manner, that he took the time before the massage to discuss the particular issues (back and neck pain from computer use in my case) and then used a mix of different massage styles to treat them. I've had many different massage treatments in the past, and Body Harmony is amongst the best. Highly recommended.

I first started going to Jag at Body Harmony 4 years ago to help with chronic tension in my lower back due to too much computer work. He offered me a series of extended treatments using both Sports & Thai Massage. I actually found the tension significantly reduced after the first treatment after the 2nd it was totally gone. Initially I found the treatments a little painful as my body was very tense but now I continue to go because I really enjoy receiving massage, and how I feel for several days afterwards. Great Therapist I recommend him whole heartedly.
