Formed in 2008, Shaftesbury Clinic offers acupuncture by fully qualified professionals, with the focus on providing this gentle form of treatment to patients within the local area. The company is based in Bedford.

Our acupuncturists each have a Licentiate in Acupuncture from the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Hatton (Warwickshire), along with BA (Hons) degrees in traditional acupuncture accredited by Oxford Brookes University. They are all members of the British Acupuncture Council.

Shaftesbury Clinic provides treatment for many conditions from pain, fatigue, migraine, arthritis and or stress and emotional issues, to supporting fertility and pregnancy. With clean, comfortable facilities and professional staff. Acupuncture is a safe, evidence-based and effective treatment for many conditions, and is recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) for lower back pain, headache and migraine, with further research and recommendations likely in the future. All our acupuncturists are experienced British Acupuncture Council members. This means we are fully regulated, and insured, and work to the high standards recognised by the professional association.
