Colin was a nice guy. He found the problem with my lock straight away and had it fixed within the hour at a very reasonable price.

Was having trouble locking my 10 year old door, Colin arrived within a few hours of ringing him, he stripped the it down fixed and serviced the whole mechanisum, & re aligned it. Now its like a brand new door. He's a friendly, clean and tidy guy. Reasonably priced.

Colin has once again come to the rescue! Replaced the flush system on our WC. He had our keys to do the job while we were out. Previously he has fitted lights in our kitchen and bathroom. He is nothing if not versatile! Capable and trustworthy.

Well what can I say after been burgled I bumped into colin at wickes he could see I was about to buy some new locks for my damaged door and he approached me and explained the locks I was about to buy was rubbish and a waste of money. I told him my predicament and asked if he could help me has he had the correct snap/bump locks that I needed. He followed home and fitted new locks to the front and back. Colin and his colleague repaired problem with leaking windows. He investigated the problem fully before suggesting a solution and repairing. Arrived on time, completed work, polite and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after completing. Would recommend and use again.

Colin has been out today to fix a leak in my bathroom at short notice. Amazing service and I would recommend him to anyone for any job. He even fixed my windows that a local window company made a mess of thanks Colin your a little superhero.

What can I say Excellent service came to do my door as the weather had damaged it and was so friendly and understand that when I ask if he could also plumb my washer and dishwasher in as I had just moved in he did it all as one job meaning I didn't have to wait to start unpacking I think his work was very good however he was a bit more expensive compared to what I had seen but he was worth ever penny and will continue to use him.

Colin came to replace a gear component in a UPVC window lock. He and his colleague were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would certainly use them again. It saved having to have a new window which would have cost a fortune!

Shades of Green came out the same day that I called them about a broken lock. Changed the lock and cut 6 keys. Friendly and courteous, and left the work area clean and tidy. Also great with our very nervous dog. Would be happy to use them again and will definitely recommend to others.

Shades of Green replaced all my work surfaces and installed a new glass gas hob and oven. They also disposed of my old cooker for me. They did the work quickly and tidied up after themselves. This is very refreshing as most contractors leave the mess for the customer to clean up. Very pleased with the service I received, my kitchen looks great! .
