Do not use this guy! The tiling he did in our bathroom was so bad, we're now left with cracked, sticking out tiles and he doesn't even do the work himself!

I cannot praise Ashley enough. An absolute life saver! He was friendly and very efficient when fixing our blocked toilet and leaky pipe. He popped out to look at the problem and ended up fixing it for us there and then. The price was very reasonable too. Will be recommending him to everyone!

Ripped off. Verbally agreed a price in Oct '12. Started to arrange a date upon finalising date and sorting out the deposit. He sat me amongst boxes and claimed it was my bathroom, upped the price by 33. 3%. Told me to pay the deposit by the Friday. Job was meant to be 2 weeks took 6. Still having problems to date. Would not recommend.

After thinking Ashley had done a good efficient job I found my toilet drain was still blocked. I asked him to return with everything he needed to unblock it and he said he would but he in fact returned without a drain jetta or a CCTV. He then broke our existing and perfectly functioning toilet and left us with a toilet and our drain was still blocked. We did not pay him for this vibist, unsurprisingly, but have since had a new toilet fitted at our expense and the drain was cleared by Drain Clear brilliantly and efficiently. I would not use Ashley again.

After a leak from an existing water line was isolated there was a need to re-instate the hot water supply to the kitchen via an alternative route that had very limited access. Bathroom Inspirations had no hestitation in tackling a tricky job and providing a thoroughly professional solution in under 24 hours from inspection/assessment to completion. I will have no hesitiation in using Bathroom Inspirations in future and recommending them to others. Well done and thanks to Ashley and team.

Water was leaking from the overflow pipe at the front of my house, down the street due to a fault with my boiler. A neighbour alerted Ashley who literally went the extra mile, tracked me down at work as he couldn't get me on my mobile and drove me to my house (he'd already been there and turned the water off at the mains). He checked the boiler, went away, got a new valve and fitted it. All done within an hour and a half. The boiler is over 12 years old but he didn't try and say I needed a new boiler. Ashley just charged me for the parts and labour. He won't rip you off and will do the work at a competitive rate. Thanks Ashley for carrying out the repair so quickly.

We have a small en-suite shower room and toilet in an attic conversion. After many years of good usage the shower was getting old and had started leaking. We employed Ashley to bring our shower back to life. Which his boys did superbly well. Despite having a few set backs, i. E. Shower entrance smaller than normal, he finally found 1 of only 2 doors in the required size in the country in Liverpool. His quote of the cost and time to do the job was spot on. Cheers Ashley.

Phoned Ashley about 4pm, arrived not long after and did an excellent job sorting out the boiler. Not the first time we've called him and it certainly won't be the last.

I decided to use this company as the reviews on FreeIndex were good, I soon realised that these reviews were for emergency work he had done not tiling and bathroom work. The job was suppose to last only 3 days but instead went on for weeks, which when you need your bathroom is so frustrating. They 'dib dab' the tiles which your not suppose to do if done properly, and I'm now left with out of line tiles, many of which are sticking out! The work is just shabby and very unprofessional. Also, Ash the owner does not do the work himself. I'm so disappointed with it.

I called Bathroom Inspirations as they were recommended to me by a friend, The service was prompt the fitter was polite and efficient and trustworthy. Thankyou Bathroom Inspirations for a great job the bathroom now looks fantastic and we can use it it without worrying if it is going to leak again.

Really lovley team. Very prompt. Good with nervous or emergency callers. Advised on next steps and general advice if situation arises again. Fixed problem quickly and effectively. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend.

Had a leak from mixer tap in kitchen, on recommendation phoned Bathroom Inspirations, Fitter came out, did a temporary repair and came back same evening even though the weather was appalling, fixed the problem in no time at all, delighted all round, many thanks Ashley. My Boiler went down and was with no heating or hot water for a week I got British Gas out which gave me a quoto which I would have to remorgage my house I was then recommended Ashley which his prices, workman ship and flexiblity was brilliant, I went work in the morning and came home in the evening to hot water and heating, i would highly recommend ashley and his team 5 star service for quickness, tidyness and solving my problem with no problems thanks x.

He suggested a wet room which we agreed with. Everything is now completed and we would never go back to our old system. My mother has complete confidence with the easy access she now has. She even has a nice stylish seat and handrails. I am so impressed with the customer service, care and communication recieved at all stages of this build.We came across problems with the floor and also the walls ( the house is over 100 years old) but at all stages we were helped and advised of the various solutions open to us.I can not praise this company enough.Everyone from the company did everything to help us and my mother now has her 'Dream Bathroom'Thank you so much guys.Moreexpand_more

Offchance call resulted in some of the finest customer service I have ever encountered. I had a blocked drain, straightforward solution done well and in record time. I would use this company again and highly recommend them.

We ordered two baths from Internet firms and both times they were delivered damaged. This firm managed to source and deliver a perfect product within 24 hours so we now have a bath after a week without one. Great service from Ashley and his team. Really appreciated.

Having no heating in my home for over a month and been given many promises by a variety of plumbers, I am indebted to Ashley and his team. They replaced my boiler and tank, all of which had been a great cause for concern from a safety point of view. I am relieved and delighted to have a safe and effective heating and hot water system in my home, including the underfloor heating. The service and support throughout I could not fault. The time this was completed was excellent, 5 days, and I think they took into consideration my age of over 80! Would always use this company in the future.

I had a problem with the timer for my heating, which meant I was left with no heating. I rang the company and within half an hour a very helpful man was at my door. As he was unable to fix the timer there and then he insured that my heating was able to be used and showed me how I could control the temperature. He kept me informed as to what he was doing, as it turned out the timer was broken and had to be replaced. Within 48hrs my timer was replaced and my heating is now working as normal. I found the price and service to be very good and would use this comapny again and recommend them to friends.

Ashley and his work colleagues came to my rescue and fitted my bathroom ;iwas and still am very impressed with the end result . I would reccomend bathroom inspirations to anybody.
