Alan Glasgow the owner of “Serious Web Design” based in bath has provided me with an excellent service in every way. I required a brand new design of my website together with web hosting. And I have to say he has handled the whole process brilliantly. Alan is very competitive, talented, hard working, incredibly trustworthy; he has very strong integrity with exceptional customer service skills and is a great partner to work with. Not only that but he has also been on hand to discuss any issues. He listens to what you want and deliver it. Always available, he doesn’t make you hang around for changes to your site and always open to suggestions. I have received some training and feel absolutely comfortable adding, editing, deleting and so on onto the site. I am absolutely thrilled with my new web site “Cafe Du Globe Restaurant”.
