I teach group classes in Clifton, Cotham, Broadmead, Calne and Corsham, and provide private classes for those looking for one-to-one instruction. The classes are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities - from those who can't touch their toes to those wannabe contortionists!
I aim to create a welcoming and relaxed environment in which to explore yoga poses, breath control and mindfulness. These practices can be cleansing for both body and mind: increasing flexibility, improving strength and balance and creating some much-needed headspace when we feel fatigued, stressed or disconnected.
