I have had a number of treatment sessions with Sarah. She always arrives with a smile and has a very relaxed and reassuring manner. I have felt totally at ease with her from day one and I have never felt that she would rather be somewhere else. Sarah also has a caring nature as she ensures the treatment is tailored to my particular requirements and takes time out between visits to research other complimentary forms of treatment which she feels I may also benefit from. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the service Sarah provides and would highly recommend her to others.

Having had treatments from Sarah over a number of years, originally to combat the effects of stress, I now also include facial reflexology. For anyone not keen on their feet being touched, this could be the answer, as this soothing treatment is carried out from behind your head, also using scented oils, and not ‘in your face’. I love my face and feet sessions, which are so relaxing and guarantee a good night’s sleep. I am often surprised at the issues Sarah picks up, and works on, during a session, without my previously mentioning or even being aware of them, e. G. A tooth which shortly afterwards became painful and quickly abscessed. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarah to anybody wishing to have either feet or face reflexology, both being effective. She listens to what you say, responds accordingly, and is delightfully unobtrusive if you want to ‘drift off’. Being able to have treatments in my own home, with my choice of music in the background, is a wonderful bonus.

I have been using Sarah's reflexology skills for almost a year now, first weekly and then every fortnight. She listens carefully and has a peaceful aura, making the experience really relaxing. She concentrates on any problem areas I have and, most recently, has helped a lot with my sciatica which seemed to return a vengeance.
