Saville Notaries provides a complete notarial service - from attending your office or home to witness documents being signed, to notarially certifying them, having them legalised by apostille or by a foreign consulate and couriering them to their ultimate destination - all as quickly as possible.

Most of our work is from longstanding existing clients, who are in the legal, banking, accountancy, insurance and business sectors. We also certify documents for private individuals who may have family or property overseas.

Our notaries are all fluent in at least two languages besides English and we have native speakers of Bulgarian, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish on our staff. This enables us to certify documents in any language and to provide accurate, notarially certified translations.

Our team of in-house messengers take documents to be legalised at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the various foreign consulates every day, making them experts in the particular requirements of the different consulates. We then deliver the notarised and legalised documents back to our clients by hand or by courier.
