Sarah Wilkins Holistic Massage Therapist

I was really struggling for a while with a problem with my shoulder and so after a quick search on the internet I booked an appointment with Sarah to see if it could be sorted. Being a newbie to seeing a massage therapist before I was a bit unsure of what to expect. Sarah was really friendly, she explained everything quite clearly and it took on two or three sessions before I was sorted. I was really impressed by Sarah and would definitely recommend her services.

After pulling my shoulder at the gym, I was unable to turn my head freely without being in pain. I booked an appointment with Sarah. Having never had a massage before I was unsure what to expect and was a little aprehensive. We discussed the problem for 5-10 minutes and what the aims of the session(s) were. During the massage I nearly fell to sleep I was that relaxed! Within 2-3 sessions my shoulder was as good as new. Ive pulled it once or twice since when not warming up and both times Sarah has been able to fix it again. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone in a similar situation.
