About Sarah Hudson Therapy
At Sarah Hudson Therapy, I help clients in Worcestershire and across the UK who struggle with sleep problems and insomnia. Using a proven combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy, I provide an effective and enjoyable approach either online or in my therapy room near Worcester.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and determine how I can help. If you choose to work with me, we meet in-person or online on a regular basis for around 6 sessions. Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
During the sessions, we work together to understand what is driving the problem and practise a range of effective techniques to change thoughts, feelings and behaviour around sleep. My clients experience significant and lasting benefits from working with me.
