Moved phone point to other side of room, quick and efficient. Also informed us that current download speed was very low, after discussion it appeared that we were paying a lot for what we were provided. Sam assisted with contacting internet provider and getting a better and cheaper deal.

Internet connection lost and noisy landline. Called Sam and he came over ever so quickly and found and solved both problems and got everything up and running smoothly again :) He's good at his job and friendly too and I'd certainly recommend his service to you :) Thank you Sam! :).

Excellent work moving the wifi hub to centre of house, especially as BT failed to turn up and the work was done at nearly half the cost of BT. He took care in ensuring the cable was unobtrusive and cleaned up after him.

A truly excellent service. Completely rewired the phone line, relaid the sky line, reconnected sky and the broadband. Phoned sky to check poor broadband speed and got me a much improved speed and cleared everything away afterwards. Would highly recommend.

We had multiple problems with our wi-fi. Mr. Sampson responded quickly to our message, made an appointment to assess the job and duly arrived the next day. He identified the primary cause of our low broadband speed and installed a new line down to the main socket. What can I say? The speed went from 12 mbps to 30 mbps instantly. He then sorted out some internal problems with the wi-fi coverage. Can't be faulted for his expertise, work ethic and cheery attitude! Many thanks.
