I didn't realise how deep rooted my problems were until I visited Sally. Altogether it took 8 sessions to work through my issues and I can honestly say I feel so much better in myself. I wish I had known years ago that hypnotherapy would help me resolve painful emotional issues I had been carrying with me, that were affecting my wellbeing and health. I came to see Sally following a recommendation from a friend for my fear of turbulence and feeling uncomfortable during flights. I love to travel but for years I have had to take medication to ensure I don't have a panic attack mid-air. Sally was very understanding and put me at complete ease during my consultation. It was amazing on the day of my latest flight that I didn't feel the nerves and anxious feelings in my tummy upon arrival at the airport like before. I breezed onto the plane and felt very comfortable throughout the entire flight.
