Smoking cessation, weight loss via hypno-slimmer program and virtual gastric band (hypno-slimmer licensed consultant)as well as support for performance;-exams, public speaking, business/work, sport, stage, memory, and pain control and recovery. Work coaching, job success is a specialism that you can receive a tailored program of support into work or within your current role. Any behavior people want to change to progress can be discussed via a free consultation.

Sally and any associate partnerships are fully qualified, insured and experienced in working to support Children, Young People, and Adults. Support for children and young people includes bed wetting, confidence and self esteem, stuttering, exam stress etc and any therapist and coach have fully enhanced up to date DBS checks to work with children and vulnerable adults.

You will receive a free consultation to discuss your requirements, no charge and no expectation to book further sessions as you are given time to decide whats right for you.
Consultations and Sessions are held within a Practice room at 2 Dimensions Clinic on Ferensway Hull or can sometimes be arranged within your own home. Coaching group work is held at specified locations across Hull and East Riding or at the workplace. Individual Coaching will be held at the workplace or if wellbeing coaching, at the Practice room as above, on Ferensway Hull.
