About Safe Haven Virtual Therapy


Safe Haven Therapy Scotland was formerly known as Safe Haven Hypnotherapy is a practice based in East Lothian.
Paula Louise Waugh is our fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is also a practitioner in Mindfulness, Counselling, Psychotherapy and Neuro Linguistics. She trained at the Scottish Academy of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and achieved a HPD Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, Dip. CAH Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a diploma in Mindfulness and a qualification in PNLP Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

To provide reassurance and safety to all our clients Safe Haven Therapy Scotland is regulated by the NCH National Council for Hypnotherapy as well as CNHC Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and is fully insured.

Holistic therapies can be used to help enhance peoples lives and have been used for many years. It can be a way of relaxing and winding down but can also benefit people with various physical, emotional and mental conditions. Hypnotherapy and talking therapiescan help alleviate unwanted symptoms, problems and behaviours that can disturb and disrupt your everyday life. Hypnotherapy and other holistic therapies are not a cure but can help you manage your condition or problem.
