Routes Hair Extensions

I am writing this review as I am disappointed at the hair that I have had in only since 01/09/22 and as of today am looking at buying new ones as they have been shocking. The hair seems like part real part synthetic and to say I paid £250 for hair that has literally lasted 3 months is really bad. It is always really big and frizzy when drying it and was originally 20-22 inches but after the first wash has always snapped off to the stage that it now looks like 16 inches but is really thin and dry, very disappointed for the price and won’t be buying the hair again, this may be about the 3/4 time I have had hair from routes and as I was buying it from the premium range I thought it might be better quality but it really isn’t.

The only place I buy hair stock from. Nothing is too much from the staff and they honestly go out their way to help you. They help you get custom. They reply as soon as possible which is ALWAYS within the hour! Black Friday was the biggest event for the them and they’ve still absolutely smashed it customer service wise! Routes are more of a family with you then a client to business relationship! Couldn’t say anything better for them, incredible.

My new extension paddle brush is just amazing! Glides over my extensions without pulling or breaking my hair… Very comfy to use and the colour looks fabulous on my dressing table! 10/10 perfection!

Great human hair ( bought some wefts and strands and they are amazing amazing quality ). For those who has qualifications like me can get 10% off if you register as trader on their website too.
