I have used Rothera Dowson for many years now and I am completely satisfied with the service I have received every time. Great service from the first call through to completion.

We used these Solicitors to convey the sale of our family house after a bereavement. Poor communication, no notification of the completion date until a week before, sent papers to the wrong place and then, worst of all, on the day of completion they didn't transfer the money to us! Had a very distressed weekend waiting to find out (completion was on a Friday and they were closed on Sat/Sun) only to be told by a quite indignant lady when we challenged them on Monday that there was "no-one to sign off the transfer on Friday so we just had to wait". I certainly cannot recommend this company (note it was the Mapperley branch we were dealing with).

I used Rothera Dowson for my conveyancing and to make a will. Both solicitors were very friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.
