Passed my driving test today! Huge thanks to my instructor at Road Sense. He was very professional, patient, and encouraging throughout my lessons. He made learning to drive much less stressful and helped me feel confident for my test. Highly recommend!

AVOID! My daughter had paid Zubair well over £600 and booked her test, when I asked her if she had learnt everything she needed to know for the test. She told me that Zubair had told her she needed to learn about 10 more things. My alarm bells went off! When I asked my daughter said Zubair still hadn’t taught her how to Reverse Bay Park, do a Hill Start or Emergency Stop. He was always so charming when he saw me and full of praise for my daughter. When I questioned him about not teaching her everything she needed to know for the test he replied “It’s not on my syllabus”. . What the hell? I also found out from my daughter that Zubair spent a lot of time on his phone during her lessons! He told her he was booking lessons! No! Not what you are paid to do in my daughter’s lesson! His website states that students and those on benefits get a discount and yet he didn’t give my daughter a discount (she is a student AND in receipt of a disability benefit for ADHD/Autism). I am so upset because Zubair has taken my daughter’s money and tricked me into thinking my daughter was test ready. And why doesn’t he have the name of the Driving School on his car? That’s suspicious in itself. Nothing but a conman. All those positive reviews must be fake! I am seriously angry.Moreexpand_more

Zubair is an excellent instructor I. Passed first time with him. He was always so helpful and patient and help me with roundabouts as I struggled and felt very nervous doing them I highly recommend him.

Zubair is a fantastic instructor, goodness knows how he managed to get me through my test at the first attempt, he was so calm and patient with this 60 year old dumb blonde! I couldn't recommend zubair highly enough so much so that my 17yr daughter will soon be having lessons with him.

Zubair is an incredible instructor! I passed first time with him, after a negative experience with a previous instructor. I have a nervous/ anxious disposition naturally, but Zubair really helped me with my nerves and got my confidence with driving up. It’s clear that Zubair really cares about his students and is so passionate about his job. He has a great sense of humour which put me at ease and he was always so patient. I have learnt so much from him and feel safe going out on the roads on my own. Honestly cannot recommend him enough and I’m so happy he was recommended to me!

My driving instructor Mr Zubair is a very nice, friendly, and professional person and extremely good at teaching. He has been amazing, very helpful and patient with me all the times when I was making the same mistake multiple times. In Leicester, Initially Pork pie roundabout was very difficult task for me to understand, it was looking very difficult because of multiple exits and traffic lights while driving inside this roundabout, I was always thinking if my Examiner will take me there during test how will l manage but guidance and teaching from Mr Zubair, this roundabout became very simple and interesting. During the test when the examiner asked me to take 5th exit right, I did it very confidently. He made me confident about all the UK driving in very limited classes. I passed my test today at 1st attempt with a massive smile on my face and that speaks volumes! 10/10 would highly recommend driving instructor Mr Zubair. Thanks a lot, Mr Zubair, it was a big Christmas gift that you have given me today.
