I contacted Richard on Friday afternoon when my 25-yr old alarm finally expired. Not only was he a bit cheaper than everyone I'd already spoken to, he could come out straight away, even though I think the job he was on was intended to be his last for the day. He arrived within the hour, like he said he would, and stopped my alarm going off. It wasn't just a dead battery, like I thought, but basically a new control panel required and a new alarm box for the external wall recommended due to it's age. Richard ordered the parts necessary, arrived today, Monday at the time he said he would, fitted the new alarm and charged me the same as the quote I'd agreed to. Very professional, amenable, punctual and clean and tidy worker. I told him I'd have found him quicker if he was listed on freeindex - he took my advice and here he is! Highly recommend, will be returning to RJ Burglar Alarms for the foreseeable future for services, etc. I now have a state of the art burglar alarm for a very reasonable charge.
