I couldn't lift weights anymore and they helped me to find the triggerpoint in my shoulder.

After hurting my lower back I visited the centre and well I didn't think miracles were possible but Dr Ley performed one! At 42 I have had the issue on and off for a few years, Dr Ley diagnosed, treated but also fully explained to me what was wrong and how to help put it right. Unlike many similar services who want you to keep going all the time Dr Ley was really honest with her prognosis and to deep it value for money is an understatement. The whole practise is really lovely, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly and welcoming receptionists to the treatment staff who have wonderful professionalism and great bedside manners. I wouldn't go anywhere else and with the range of specialists I probably won't need to. A fabulous place!

During my working life there were times when I suffered with excruciating back pains but visits to my GP did little to alleviate the problem. Chiropractors on the other hand have often provided me with almost instant relief, none more so than at Riviera Wellbeng. The staff are friendly and professional and come very highly recommended.

Can't say enough to recommend the Riviera Wellbeing Centre in Paignton. It is bright and cheerful with welcoming staff, who make you feel relaxed straight away. I am in my 70 's, and have suffered with arthritis for years. Phoebe was extremely professional and clearly understood my condition and needs. She set about, over a period of a few weeks, getting me really mobile again, but also explained how to exercise in the correct way to help me continue the process. I also tried the Reflexology, and was very surprised how relaxing and informative it is. Will certainly keep going back for more.

I have been attending Riviera Wellbeing since they opened and have had acupuncture, massage and chiropractic treatment. I am currently attending their rehabilitation classes and this is improving my posture. They are a wonderful team, welcoming and professional, and their treatments have improved my physical wellbeing.
