Retford logs have been outstanding looking after my father Brian he is elderly and Retford logs have been so good, great communication and so friendly. He has used them for years so reliable and even chopped his logs up smaller for him as they were too big for him to handle as he’s 88. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and quality he has had from them. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend them. Great service. Easy to use Web site. No hassle delivery, left within my front garden as requested when filling in the order on line. When the order was delivered, an empty bag was used to cover the top of the bag of logs to keep them dry - very considerate. The size the logs have been cut to is just right for my log burner. I've really noticed the difference using seasoned logs to the kiln dried ones I had bought as a quick fix. The kiln dried option burned so quickly, whereas the seasoned logs Retford Logs delivered, burn for so much longer. .

Logs don’t seem to be very seasoned, worst batch of logs I have purchased.

I ordered from retford logs on the 11th November, they were so efficient, rang and gave me a time he would be here, and arrived dead on time. Went over and above, took my logs right up the field for me, so I could get them in my shed. so pleasant and helpful, would really recommend every one use them, brilliant brilliant.

I was having my first log burner fitted at the start of October. A neighbour recommended Retford logs. Placed an order on their easy to use website, with a note I of when I needed the logs. Phoned customer service to check my payment had been processed, couldn’t have been more helpful. Had an email to confirm the date of delivery. Logs are a mix of different species the correct size as described on the web site. As a first timer driver the took the time to explain which were fast and which were slower burners. Will definitely reorder from Retford Logs.

The jumbo bag of logs arrived the next day after order which was great. However despite being in a sealed bag there were a few that were wet when I opened it to put into storage.

Very happy with my order. Very efficient and friendly regarding communication for delivery. Its the first time I've order firewood so I can't be sure how good of value for money it is, but seem like the average price in comparison to other companies.
