'Relax and Heal with Reiki' offers Reiki Courses at all levels at an affordable price, in both Western and Original Japanese Reiki.
Also available are Workshops for Refresher Courses, regular Support Groups and Introduction to Reiki Sessions.
I am based in Middlewich, Cheshire, and have been teaching Reiki for over 4 years very successfully.

My training started in 2006, since then I have trained with 3 Reiki Masters. After my initial training I moved onto train at the Navitas Centre in Crewe with Simon Bailey (one of Simon's teachers is Frans Stiene, International House of Reiki) and I completed Master Practitioner in 2015 in accordance with the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition (Western Reiki) and I completed my training to Reiki Master/Teacher with Taggart King (Reiki Evolution) in 2016, 3rd Degree Shinpiden (Original Japanese Reiki).

A variety of regular groups on offer, ensures student's receive on-going support with their training.
The support groups consist of: Share Groups; Meditation Classes (Inner Peace); Okuden Development Classes (2nd Degree Japanese Reiki) and Empowerment Sessions.
The support groups/classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays (evenings and mornings).
