Jen was absolutely amazing. Instantly put me at ease and allowed me to work through some really challenging things in a safe and comfortable space. She is knowledgeable and very able to help link pieces together to give real insight. I feel so much better. Amazed. Thank you Jen.

Jen makes you feel at home upon arrival. Her home is beautifully decorated to make you feel at ease, there is a cozy sofa in the therapy room and she offers water with lemon and tissues, if need be. ;) I had never tried reiki before and didn't know much about it, but she took me through the process beautifully and I left feeling more relaxed than ever! I think a series of reiki therapy sessions with Jen will definitely help you to strip down on the unnecessary/unhelpful thoughts so you can find your true passion(s) and happiness in life.

Jen is fantastic and so caring. She has started to help me transform my life through counselling and Reiki. I can't thank her enough for starting to get my life back on track. She is very talented and really takes time to listen to you.

After having my first reiki session with Jen I am amazed about how much better I feel! An absolutely amazing experience. As a first-timer I wasn't really sure what to expect, but Jen makes you feel totally at ease and explains everything both before and after the Session. A very professional service and a highly recommended relaxing treatment.

Having had limited experience of reiki, Jen was able to walk me through exactly what she was going to do and what to possibly expect. The experience was extremely relaxing and calming - also helping the various aches and pains I was feeling. Over the next few days, I felt a range of emotions and my pain was less.
