Introduction:
Hi, I'm Jen Brown - Reiki Roots, a CNHC and UKRF qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, Bacp Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, GHSC Registered Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR Therapist and Holistic Therapist. I offer reiki healing, reiki crystal healing, reiki healing with counselling/psychotherapy, reiki distant healing, counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, bereavement counselling, EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness in private, luxurious and relaxing surroundings in Bridgnorth.

I have been a therapist in Bridgnorth, Shropshire since 2009 and have built a thriving practice offering holistic therapies, integrative and person-centred counselling/psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, bereavement counselling, EMDR therapy and hypnotherapy. I am a Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) registered Therapist, a Member of the UK Reiki Federation (UKRF), am a registered Bupa Mental Health and Well-being (MHW) Therapist and hold British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Registered Membership, along with General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) Registered Mambership. I am CRB/DBS checked and have Professional Indemnity Insurance. I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) and work within the guidelines of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I feel, I offer in depth healing for optimal well-being and can incorporate different therapies to provide a truly bespoke healing service. My experience and knowledge of various modalities enables me to support you with a variety of therapies and techniques, should any deeper issues arise during your healing session, giving you the added re-assurance of being able to receive any necessary support with an experienced and professional Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Reiki healing combined with counselling/psychotherapy can be an extremely effective therapy treating mind, body and soul for optimal well-being. Hypnotherapy can also be included in your bespoke therapy program.

My therapy room:
My private and relaxing therapy rooms offer you a confidential, peaceful and tranquil setting for effective healing, therapy and relaxation. These ground floor, smoke free spaces are just a short distance from Bridgnorth, set in idyllic countryside. They are serviced by local bus routes and easily accessible from Telford, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Shrewsbury and Ludlow with ample free and private car parking. Therapies available and fees:

Reiki and crystal healing:
Each bespoke healing session includes, consultation, a combination of reiki healing, reiki crystal healing, intuitive guidance, personal action plan with recommendations and aftercare advice.
Counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and mindfulness can be incorporated in your session where needed detailed feedback.

£75 Consultation, assessment and reiki healing session (1 1/2 hours) £95 Consultation, assessment, counselling and reiki healing (1 1/2 hours).

Reiki Distant Healing:
£70 Consultation, assessment, distant healing, feedback, guidance and plan forward (1 1/2 hours).
- *Distant reiki healing includes: Telephone consultation, a combination of reiki healing intuitive guidance, telephone feedback with personal action plan, recommendations and aftercare advice. All at mutually convenient times.

Counselling, Psychotherapy, CBT and Mindfulness:
£75 adults, teenagers and child therapy - consultation, assessment and therapy (1 hour).
£95 Couples Therapy - Consultation, assessment and therapy (1 hour).
£105 Family Therapy - Consultation, assessment and therapy (1 hour).
£95 Counselling and reiki/crystal healing - Consultation, assessment and therapy (1 1/2 hours). Supervision - Counsellors/Therapists - £85 per hour.
Therapy - Students/Training Counsellors - £65 per hour Bereavement Counselling:
£75 Individual Therapy (1 hour).
£105 Family Therapy (1 hour).

Hypnotherapy:
£95 Bespoke Hypnotherapy (60-90 minutes session).

Hypnotherapy Programmes:
My 'Hypnotherapy Programmes' are specific programmes with set number of session, including counselling and psychotherapy and techniques and information for particular issues.
‘Anxiety and Stress Relief Programme’ - £395 - 4 x 60-90 minutes sessions ‘Sleep Well Programme’ - £395 - 4 x 60-90 minutes sessions ‘IBS Relief Programme’ - £395 - 4 x 60-90 minutes sessions ‘Beat Your Phobia Programme’ - £295 - 3 x 60-90 minutes sessions.
‘Weight-Loss Programme’ - £395 - 4 x 60-90 minutes sessions 'Gastric Band Weight-Loss Programme’ - £495 - 5 x 60-90 minutes sessions ‘Stop Smoking Programme’ - £200 - 2 hour session.

Hypnotherapy Downloads:
£9.99 - mp3 audio downloads are available on my website.

EMDR Therapy:
£95 - Individual Therapy (60-90 minute session).

I offer flexible appointment times, 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and weekends, to accommodate most lifestyles.
