Reiki Ayrshire

Had reiki/ hypnosis from Gordon Jeffers for 4 plus new years now. Friendly open genuine man with years of experience who just wants to help others. He's uses reiki and multiple other treatments to reduce anxiety and pain levels. Always refreshed and energised after each treatment. Great value for money would highly recommend.

Well, I can honestly say that gordon jeffers, is an exception to the normal rules, I have had back pain, discs and nerves problems, arthitis, amongst many other health issues, i have seen first hand on myself and other members of my family, my brother had trapped nerves on neck , with pins and needeles, he sorted that, and it never returned in 6 mths so far my brother said, he removed my pain levels to zero from a 10, the doctors said there was nothing else they could do, just take meds, well they didnt work, gordon used his reiki with m. Special and my life has changed, within 15 mins my pain changed, I now enjoy doing things again, I see him monthly, and I feel so relaxed and calm, a remarkable healer and a lovely person, I highly recommend him.

My treatment involved a technique known as 'Anxious spit'. This was found to relieve any stress after continuous useage. Meditating Cd's to relax before sleeping has been tremendous as it has increased the hours of sleep I get per night. Reiki was also used to improve my balance and coordination and there is a noticable improvement in my balance.

I have had a sports injury for many months now,i have now been seeing william recently and i have had two treatments and have found to my amazement that the injury and pain has almost disappeared many thanks. ryan allan.
