Energy is all around us and is us. It should be free flowing through all of your energy points, but sometimes that might not be the case. Sometimes life presents challenges that can interrupt that flow and leave you feeling a lot off balance either emotionally and/or physically.

Having a Reiki Energy Healing session can help to get that energy flowing freely again and can help to bring your body, mind and soul back into balance.

Reiki can help with stress, grief, bereavement, anxiety and low mood. It can help to promote a feeling of calm and relaxation. Perhaps you are recovering from an injury or having treatment for a medical condition or trying to settle with medication side effects. Reiki can help with these situations too.

Your Reiki experience will be unique to you as the energy is intuitive and only goes where it is needed. Reiki originates from Japan and means Universal Life Force.

Your first session will generally be a little longer (up to 90 minutes) to allow for information gathering and second/further appointments normally last up to 60 minutes.

Reiki Healing is a hands on/off therapy and can work alongside conventional treatments.

Appointments are available Wednesday through to Saturday, so just contact me for more details and special offers. Redstone Healer operates a 'Refer a Friend' scheme and there is also a discount if you make a block booking.

I have had an interest in mind/ body and soul healing for many years. Illness within my family brought this into sharp focus and made me examine everything I thought I knew about living a healthy lifestyle and what that should look like.
