I love my new Montana chair – makes me feel a million dollars! Loving the squeak of the leather…. My only query was the fixing of the side arms which screw into a mount within the body of the back unit– the screw gets to a certain tightness and then the screw mount seems to turn so it does not tighten any more – I will keep an eye on this in case the arms become loose in the future…otherwise everything else very good.

Purchased two office chairs, excellent value for money, fast, efficient service. Rainbow Zebra certainly earn their stripes in my book.

Very pleased with the product. The height wasn't correct to begin with but they sent me a new "Gas Lift" which corrected the problem - free of charge.

We have bought a few of the Canasta "leather" chairs. No problem at all with speed of delivery or ease of assembly, BUT the point is that the chairs are NOT leather as advertised. You really need to advertise them as leather effect because its misleading.

First time I've used Rainbow, would definitely use them again and would recommend other people to use them. Ordered one day, goods delivered the next day, great price and quality and customer service very efficient with the paperwork.

Both value for money and quality was exceptional but I felt the service was below average as it took me a long time to get my questions answered and I did find although promising to get back to me you failed to do so.

We bought two leather office chairs. They were delivered the next day, which we could't believe? The chairs were only £59. 00 +vat but the quality was excellent! Good choice!

I knew I could have bought this cheaper elsewhere but there are some very dodgey conditions with some sites, especially if you have a problem with an article bought, but RZ were easy to deal with, polite and helpful and I felt I could trust them which was worth a few extra pounds.
