About Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga with Sandra
Ideal for first time mums, I offer pre and postnatal yoga classes for continuous support through your pregnancy and new motherhood.
My pregnancy yoga classes are small and personal to a group of 4-5 women. Supporting you in the immediate postnatal period, I offer classes for mums and their babies (up to 6 months). My small classes are held in a lovely, calm and well equipped home studio - you will feel welcome, safe and nurtured. I also run Mummy and Me yoga classes at the Whittington Park Community Centre (babies up to 1 year).

Pregnancy yoga. Absolute beginners to yoga are welcome.
Yoga for Pregnancy is a holistic practice for an equally holistic experience of pregnancy, birthing and motherhood. It stretches, strengthens and stabilizes, while allowing for rest, renewal and restoration.
Classes are 1.
15 hrs long with 15 mins after for tea and chat with other mothers to be.
I am certified to teach yoga at Yoga Campus, the leading yoga teacher training center in the UK. I am accredited and insured by Yoga Alliance, UK (RYT 200 teacher). I am pregnancy trained by Uma Dinsmore-Tulli from Sitaram by Yoga Campus.
I am a registered RYT200 teacher with Yoga Alliance.
