We are Chris and Nikki Hoare, a husband and wife team. We offer hypnotherapy services to locally and, via the Internet, to the world.

Our motto is, "If the problem lies within, so does the solution. " We aim to help people find that solution in a gentle but lasting way.

PlymHypnos can help with anxiety, phobias (including needle phobia), addictions, habits, smoking cessation, chronic pain, inner conflicts, sleeping issues, pain management and much more besides.
