You also hold valuable information about the pests, for example, where the pest was last seen and the extent of the infestation. This information helps us do our job more efficiently and effectively.

We want you to be confident about the work we have undertaken. All work carried out will always be communicated with you before any treatment takes place and a hard copy of the treatment will always be provided for your records when we leave. This information will also inform you of any dangerous substances used and what to do in case of emergency.

Our pest control staff are fully trained and hold the General Pest Control Management qualification from the BPCA.

Our unmarked, discreet vehicles are fully equipped with the latest technology to help solve any pest control problems as swiftly as possible. For example, when surveying your property we use inspection camera equipment to investigate the smallest of corners, which helps us to identify any weaknesses your building may have.
