Michael agreed to look at my laptop and explained the potential repairs it would need. He said it would be no fix no fee. He took it away and the next day he explained that the hard drive was broke and it would need a new one. He put in a new hard drive and reinstalled everything. HD managed to recover the data and gave me the old one back, explaining that although it wouldnt boot a laptop but it could act as a plug in drive. All of this was at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
