We reached out to Richard to help us put together videos for our Awards. We reward and recognise Women in Business and asked for a few of our Finalists to be filmed so that this could be involved in our AV Presentation for our Grand Awards Ceremony which was held last month in Bournemouth. As a Psychotherapist specialist in Sex Addictions Therapy, I needed a professional to create video clips talking about what I do and how counselling can help in this area. I needed someone who not only knew exactly how to create an effective and well filmed video clip, but someone who could put me at ease. Richard did not disappoint! He met with me to assess my needs, and to talk through how he would approach this, such that I knew what to expect when he came to film. He was encouraging, working with a pleasant demeanour, and the process was seamless. Following on from filming, he had edited and produced the finished products within a few days, and was patient and collaborative in this process until I was comfortable with the final production. We moved our website to pixel haus a while ago now. We were having a lot of issues with our old provider. We could never speak to them when things went wrong! They frequently did! We are a web based skate shop. So any down time cost us sales. We have been delighted with the service and ideas from Richard. We now have a completely new, site that we absolutely love. They also provide us with images of the works for our online site and marketing needs. Richard at Pixelhaus has helped me so much with my sole vocal coach business. He has a very open and easy way of guiding me through the things I need to do to optimise myself for Google and search.
