Pines and Needles Christmas Trees

We went along to the Pine and Needle branch setup on Wandsworth High Street / Wandsworth Plain - the point of sales person Bilal was absolutely helpful, engaging and cheerful ( considering the cold/damp weather that's usual ). We found the the tree we wanted, good bushy branches, lovely scent and shape. We normally go to a florist in Battersea for the past 10 years but happy to pick up again if 'Pine and Needles' are back there next year.

Our Christmas tree is truly beautiful. Excellent service at Greenwich Park. Mario was so helpful, not rushing me - pretty difficult to choose the perfect tree as all the trees were amazing. Delivery was fantastic too. Thank you Mario. Will definitely buy from Pines and Needles next year. I have already recommended to friends to get their tree from Pines and Needles.

It's the first time we have had a real tree before and we can honestly say that we have definitely been converted. It's been great lots of time involved to decorate but we are really happy. Charlie and Raymobd at Greenwich were really helpful.

Oh my goodness, what a fabulous tree and fantastic service. It took all the pain out of bringing home the tree and then the hassle of removing it. The Norway Spruce bought from Greenwich Park, from a delightfully helpful elf! , is the best tree I have had in a very long time. It's straight and a wonderfull even shape. The price was most competitive too. It is lovely. And if the needles drop everywhere, I dont care! I'll be back for more next year.

Worse tree I have ever had. As soon as I took the netting off, two branches fell off. It lost most of its needles by Xmas day. It was sold as a Norland tree but it looked like a cross between a Norland and Spruce. Norland branches, although more spread apart than a Spruce, have many more needles on them AND the needles don't drop like this one did. Watered every day. I was also listed as getting a sprig of free holly which I wasn't given.

Hi Just got great service with a smile from Freddie at The Woodman in Highgate. He showed us loads of trees, and was really patient and helpful - I am very fussy! They have loads of trees in different sizes and will trim off branches if necessary. A great start to the festive season. Thanks Freddie and all the team.

Just like to say that the staff at Wembley were very polite and friendly. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and one of the guys in the yard offered to show us around explaining the types of trees they had and the different fragrances they give - unfortunately I can't remember his name! The staff in the office were all happy and friendly, I went back and brought a second tree and received a free mini tree which was a nice treat! Will definitely be buying my trees from here every year :).

I had a tree from pines and needles last year and was very happy. It lasted a long time and made Christmas a good one. I have ordered another this year and look forward to it arriving. The service is great and all contact with this company has been very efficient. Adam.

Very Unhappy! Pinesandneedles delivered to me on the 26th last week. The grumpy driver arrived late, you could tell by the look of him that the Christmas festivities were of no interest, It would not upset me if the driver doesn't celebrate Christmas had he been friendly and interested in pleasing his customer. Clearly he was just interested in getting to the next job. The tree was disappointing to say the least, not at all as the website described. Lacklustre with no beautiful bushyness. When I called the customer hotline the girl was not interested and was clearly too busy to help me. I won't be using this company again and will rely instead on the more traditional garden centre of flower shop, where I'm more respected as an individual customer.

Prompt and efficient service providing products as advertised.

This year's (2-13) tree was sub-standard. I've had trees from them for several years, and they have been beautiful, full trees. Not so this time. The actual usable height was far shorter than I ordered, and it was not a full tree. The service is fantastic, but the tree was a disappointment.

Fantastic service and AMAZING tree and star - absolutely thrilled. Highly recommended!
