Pets Need Holidays Too

Our Welshie Brecon is on his second long stay at PNH2. He has had several short stays too. Keith and Caroline were very understanding when we needed help suddenly as my wife needed emergency treatment in hospital and took him at a moments notice. He is always happy there and drags me to the front door when we arrive couldn’t recommend the highly too.

Used the day care service for the first time Saturday, very impressed with the welcome that Rio and we received and had no qualms leaving her with Keith and Caroline. Rio loved the company of the other dogs and was able to sleep undisturbed when she wanted quiet, she was obviously happy, with the telling sign that when we turned up she was in no rush to leave! Keith and Caroline are lovely and have a great rapport with the animals in their care so we’ll be using the day care and boarding services again and again. Extremely well priced too, can't recommend enough!

I was very worried about leaving our cockapoo Max but he couldn't have been in better hands. Caroline text me and let me know how Max was doing through the week even letting me know who he was playing with and how he was eating. Would highly recommend.

Having had a bad experience with a local dog boarders last year, we were very nervous about leaving our 2 year old lab again. Caroline and Keith came highly recommended to us though and they managed to totally exceeded all our expectations. It is clear from the outset the they are genuine animal lovers who not only care for the pets in their care but also understand how owners feel leaving them. Our dog loved every minute he was there and we really appreciated the regular message updates whilst we were away. Whilst Bailey was naturally pleased to see us when we turned up to collect him, he was clearly very happy and we were not sure he really wanted to leave behind all his new friends! :o) We'll have no doubt or worries leaving him in the care of Caroline and Keith again.

Caroline and Keith are clearly genuine, caring animal lovers who have welcomed our dog into their home as their own several times now. We are always delighted with our dog's treatment whilst there, including messages updating us on him. He seems happy to be there and not in a major hurry to leave - I think he enjoys the company of the other dogs staying in their home.

We have used the service provided by Caroline and Keith on a number of occasions now and are very happy with their caring and attentive attitude towards looking after dogs. We have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who would not do well in a traditional kennel environment and the fact that 'Ozzie' is welcomed into their home gives us the reassurance that he will be well looked after and most importantly feel safe and close to human company as well as other dogs. Sometimes he even looks a bit fed up when we arrive to pick him up! Well recommended and will use their services again.

Cannot thank Caroline enough for her service looking after Jessie our cat at home whilst we were away. Jessie had been very ill just before we went away and Caroline had to give her tablets from the vet and try and get her to eat! Caroline e-mailed me every day and informed me of Jessie's progress(saving a lot of worry)I couldn't have asked for more and yes Jessie made a full recovery thanks to the excellent care from Pets need Holidays Too.

We left Billy, our Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniel, at PNHT whilst we were away on holiday. We were very pleased with the service from Keith and Caroline and would definitley reccommend to others. Thank you once again.

Orla our collie cross is a rescue from dogs trust, and she has now stayed with PNH2 for doggie day care, a few days, and most recently a longer period of a week. She is always very happy to arrive, and she tells us that she always has a whale of a time playing with the other dogs that are staying, but always gets her rest time, her dinner, and a nice walk. We (and Orla) are very grateful for the service that you provide, and she is looking forward to her next stay! Many thanks!

This is the first time that our two dogs have stayed away from us. Our Czech dog who we had only owned for 6 months had a whale of a time playing with all the other dogs and didn't suffer any separation anxiety which she often does. Our other dog who is much quieter seemed happy just watching it all and cuddling up to both Caroline and Keith. The messages we received during the week were very reassuring and nice to receive. At last a place where I'm happy to leave my dogs and where they are happy to be too - thank you both.

Our 17 month old Vizsla has just returned from another stay at PNH2. She started staying there about a year ago. She greets Keith and Caroline like long lost friends which tells me all I need to know about her staying there as her breed are prone to separation anxiety. I like their flexibility over delivery/collection times, messages during her stay and the way in which their comments about her stay reflect that they take a deep interest in their guests; they are not just tolerated in the house.

Our holidays have been so much more enjoyable since Pip and Billy have been staying in the excellent hands of Keith and Caroline who are absolutely wonderful with the care, attention and lovely surroundings that they provide for them their love of all animals shines through every time that we meet them. Thank you Keith and Caroline for making it possible for us to go away with total confidence that our two pooches are having such s great time!

Pets Need Holidays Too allow us to have a relaxing holiday knowing that our two dogs are being well looked after. Keith and Caroline provide a brilliant service, treating our pets as their own. We would not leave our dogs anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do.

We have used PNH2 several times now to look after our two rabbits, with stays ranging from a few days to nearly two weeks. Keith and Caroline are clearly animal lovers whose primary aim is the welfare of the pets. One of our rabbits can be quite nervous but they alway return home seeming happy and contended with their stay at PNH2.

Kept on meaning to say Thanks again, for looking after Joey. He is getting better every time. You both do a great job and we don't worry whilst he is not with us now. Hi confidence is growing every day. He is even doing assault courses now !

Found pets need holidays too last year on the Internet, felt very reassured by Caroline and Keith about leaving our rescue lab Millie with them for a week. Had regular updates about Millie and how she was enjoying her time and the dogs she was meeting. Millie loves staying with them, we have used pets need holidays too many times since and wouldn't leave her with anyone else. Cant thank them enough for how reassured I feel when I go on holiday.

We cannot recommend Pets Need Holidays Too highly enough. We have just left our very precious rescue dog in their care for over two weeks and he has returned happy and very well looked after. We received regular updates on how he was getting on and felt reassured by their very professional attitude to all aspects of his care. We had looked at many other options before choosing them and would now not use anyone else.

Thank you to Caroline and Keith for looking after our two Guinea pigs pepper and chocolate for the week hopefully will book another holiday soon ? Every time I have dropped and picked up our Guinea pigs you are always very welcoming and look after our Guinea pigs so well. When our puppy arrives we will definitely use you. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the service offered at pets need holidays too. I have not left my dogs with anyone else before and having a 'intense' agility companion and a senior to cater for I was worried. However they both seemed well settled and Keith kept me updated with daily messages. On collection, my dogs were happy and relaxed which is all I wanted for them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

We left our two doglets with Caroline and Keith whilst we went to New Zealand for a month. The enjoyment of our amazingplans hinged very much on us being happy that our much loved little ones were in good hands and loved whilst we were away. Having put the doglets through a few far from acceptable trial breaks a friend recommended PNH2. The first time I met C&K I felt comfortable and in no doubt that they loved animals, ALL animals. My dogs were so chilled when we picked them up and needless to say they stayed again whilst we travelled. I cannot recommend them highly enough, peace of mind is so important to us pet owners and I will definitely be using Pnh2 again in the future. Thankyou both, p. S we had a fab time!
