I contacted Don and Luke to lay some carpet and vinyl flooring in my son's flat. All was carried out with care and sensitivity to my son's particular needs. They went above and beyond the call of duty in every respect and I would recommend their services to anyone. It was a pleasure to deal with such people; a rare experience these days!

We have had carpets from Don for over 20 years, ever since we saw his advert on the front cover of the “Why” magazine. He carpeted the whole of our previous house in Solihull. In the last few months Don and the team have done 3 more jobs for us, the last being the dining room, 4 sets of stairs and 4 landings in carpet plus a cloakroom in vinyl. All done to a very high standard, very quick, clean and professional and very reasonably priced. We cannot recommend them highly enough. .

Came today to help us out they were brilliant went over and beyond what was asked of them certainly would recommend them.

This is the second time Don and his family have done work for us and we have been delighted on both occasions. The quality of both the carpet and the fitting is outstanding, and they work quickly and efficiently. I double booked times with a bed delivery company and Don worked so hard to prepare the space for the bed, including moving the old bed and other furniture. We could not be more delighted and both Luke and Donna were also extremely hard working and pleasant. Donna did NOT just clean up after the men!

Thanks to Don, Dee and Luke for fitting our lounge, study, 4 bedrooms, stairs and landing. We were let down by a department store who couldn't fit our carpet by the date needed. I saw all the positive reviews about Don and his family and gave them a call. Within hours we had carpet samples to view, measured up the next day and fitting could've been done within days. We opted for split fitting as we were moving into a new house. We had the stairs and landing done last, the day after we moved in. Don even gave us some advice about the Karndeen fitted by the house builders as it was already shrinking and lifting! Amazing service and attention to detail.
