I used Petersfields LLP for some contracts I needed preparing for some partnered projects and for the purchasing of the IP of another company. I cannot praise them any higher as they were amazing and guided me step by step. Best part was I expected a huge bill as these services are generally very expensive, but I was amazed at the price which in my opinion for the work carried out was very cost effective.
