Peterlee Aerials

Needed a Triple Feed dish repairing after the roofers had been. Tried someone else at first who said it was too technical and wasn’t sure they could do it. Rang Peterlee Aerials after a recommendation and wish I’d known about him earlier. Great job, spent a couple of hours making sure everything was spot on and was patient while I was checking the various channels. Would recommend and would use them again if the situation arises.

John arrived promptly to deal with an aerial issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and honest. Also, his charges were very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

John came to our house on April 1st and politely listened to my bumbling explanation of the problems we were experiencing regarding tv reception on the premises. Even though our aerial is over 20yrs old he didn’t try to stiff us for a new one, he quickly identified the fault, replaced the faulty part and had all tv’s playing as they should. The work was done at a very reasonable price and we can’t recommend John at Peterlee Aerials highly enough.

I contacted Peterlee aerials about an issue with poor tv reception. John came and checked signal strength and found it to be very poor. He gave me a quote for the work and said it could be done straight away. The job was done without fuss and very reasonable and would recommend him to anyone.

I arrenged with John to fit me a TV areal. He turned up at the time stated. Made an exellent job of the fitting at a reasonable price. I can't fault this guy. Thank you very much.

John turned up early to fix a signal problem with my satellite dish. He was really friendly and explained the problem we had. We now have 100% quality Freesat signal and couldn't be more happy, I would recommend John to anyone.

He came out on his day off because I had no signal to my tv. Sorted the problem working both inside and outside. His pricing was more than fair, I was expecting a. Lot more. Very impressed with his work, cleaning up after the job and his prices. Would recommend to anyone .

Had Peterlee aerials here today, extremely professional, discussed with me my best options for the job and carried out the work while explaining to me what was for what and why, very knowledgeable firm, arrived on time and completed the job with no fuss and to a high standards at a reasonable price would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Telephone to get new aerial today. Said is it ok to come out today. Said yes and was here in 15 mins. Said wanted new cable as water got into cable. Was quick and very little mess would highly recommended his service to anyone.

I contacted John this morning and he came to fix the aerial in the loft this afternoon. An excellent job done by a very professional gentleman.

Just had John from Peterlee Aerials come to fix poor quality work left by another aerial installer. John was very professional, he fitted an aerial and did various tests to ensure that everything was working correctly before he left. The work done was excellent, he is a man who takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to recommend him. This will be the second time John has done some work for us. He came this morning to have a look at our tv which was fitted on the bedroom wall by a previous installer. It has always been on an angle. He fitted a new bracket and now the tv is perfectly level. John has been around today; installing Aerials (and fixing poor electrical works from others). I must say, it took me back to have a tradesman in the house who went the extra mile (here gone 6pm), who educated me on the installs and alterations and simply was a shining example of good customer service. For Aerials and Satellites; he's your man!

John is expert on all things tv, wifi etc. We needed to fit some new TVs, sound bars - and move other wall mounted TVs around, he sorted it all and left us in great shape (strengthened all wall brackets too) and retuned after mast issues. Thanks.
