The counsellor delivers a range of psychological support services (counselling, psychotherapy and taylor-made hypnosis based interventions) to individuals and couples. Therapy offered is a blend of TA, CBT, DBT, ACT, historical tauma recovery, mindfulness based emotion regulation.
Personal Growth Solutions has an expanding bilingual (Polish and English speaking) client base. Patients with private medical insurance cover are also accepted with/without the GP referral. Therapeutic work offered focuses on emotion control, depression, anxiety, historical trauma recovery, communication problems, loss of direction in life, grief and bereavement, confusion about a new role in life and curiousity about personal growth potential.
