Paul Matthews founded People Alchemy Ltd in 1999 after a distinguished career in industries as diverse as engineering, travel and information technology. He held many senior posts in sales, customer service and operations, through to a role as director in a multinational IT company.
He is the architect of our learning platform and continues to develop it to ensure L&D initiatives achieve sustainable behaviour change and ultimately business impact.

People Alchemy Ltd has an expanding customer base, mainly situated throughout the UK. Our platform is used in learning organisations in many industries including public sector and increasingly in NHS Trusts to assist with Care Certificates, Clinical Competencies, Preceptorships and CPD.
