I've had a PLR with Sarah, it was an amazing experience. Sarah is very good at putting you at your ease, I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. The experience helped me to understand why I was experiencing what was happening in my life and why it was happening. Forgiveness is a big part of the healing process, on all levels forgiving yourself and others, and acceptance of why things happened, so everyone benefits, even if they're not aware of it. A truly rewarding and beneficial experience.

I have been seeing Sarah now for over 6years…. I book myself kind of regularly every 2-3 months. I have learned ao much about myself and this life and ever so grateful for all the healing and help I have recieved. Always amazing and very helpful…. I've just completed the healing tool kit master class with Sarah, which included cutting ties and retrieving energies. I know this is a valuable tool that I will use regularly on myself as well as family and friends. As usual it was a comfortable, well paced workshop, where you are with like minded people and can ask questions in a safe environment. We also received a manual, including crib sheets for future reference. I would thoroughly recommend it and am looking forward to the next tool kit workshop! CE Cranfield April 9th.

I was so inspired by reading Sarah's book, Pathway to the Self, - her passion for Reiki and helping others shows through her writing. I contacted her and since then Sarah has quite literally changed my life with the help and healing that she has given me. Her sincerity, good nature and patience has helped me understand my problems and how to rectify them. The meditation books and CDs have been so helpful and a joy to listen to. I have no hesitation in recommending Peaceful Living and feel grateful that our paths have crossed.

I attended the Cosmic Heart Energy Healing Workshop level 1 in December. The whole course really resonated deep within my being and I found it extended my spiritual knowledge and experience. My Reiki 1 and 2 were also with Sarah at Peaceful Living around 3 and 4 years ago. Since working on my personal healing I have found more clarity about my path and life's purpose, and I don't think it's a coincidence. The techniques have helped me to reconnect, rebalance and revitalise me to add to my overall wellbeing. My way of life is transforming still in the most holistic sense. I can safely say that I attribute the progress, positive energy and love to the ability to use the tools taught within the courses.

Sarah is a very gifted teacher and healer and is passionate in all that she does. She always ensures that you understand everything that she does or says and makes every experience truly meaningful. Highly recommended.

I had some reiki healing session from Sarah. As I work in a quite energetically negative charged environment I was quite un-balanced. She helped me harmonise and unblock my chackras, teached me some ways to protect my vibration as you know reiki healing is received differently from each person and some of the effects I had were not visible immediatly after the session but I just acknowledge them in a few days. She is a loving and genuine person, with a special gift of teaching in a very simple way the most different concepts.

I initially visited Sarah last year for a reading. During my visit I was impressed by Sarah's abilities. She always stresses that her work is for the highest possible good. Well it has been good for me since I met her. I have studied Reiki 1 and 2 which has been amazing. This weekend I attended a crystal workshop. Every course with Sarah leads to more as many avenues open. I have a stressful job and working with Sarah and other like-minded people has been a refreshing change both intellectually and emotionally. I have attended 2 courses with Sarah and as a family we have had healing sessions and tarot readings which have been amazing and life changing. This is exceptionally good value. The energy is very beautiful and reassuring. Sarah is truly a holistic healer and her different skills are helpful with all types of conditions and ailments. Her training courses are lovely relaxed and the manuals that accompany the courses are excellent and easy to refer back to.

I have recently had ane mail readingand a distant Angels of Atlantis attunement, and have been delighted andimpressed with them both. Having already been attuned to Angelic Reiki I was invited to attend Sarah's Reiki Shares. Following one such meeting I attended an Angel Attunement day and shortly after an Angel Workshop. Both days were inspirational. Sarah has greatly improved my spiritual growth and awareness. She is a caring teacher and friend.

I've searched for years and years (68yrs old)looking for a spiritual and emotional break through. From my Reiki 1 attunement to the Angel Attunements and Workshops, all with Sarah, I have made almost exponential growth. In Sarah, I found an excellent teacher and a good friend.

I attended the Meditation 1 and Meditation 2 courses and was impressed by the variety of different styles of meditation that were covered. Questions were always answered, encouragement given and lots of patience received. I have also attended the Crystal Healing workshop which was very informative. We learnt about properties of crystals, how to use them in healing, and were able to practice using the crystals on each other. My 5 year old son has Autistic Spectrum Disorder and finds it hard to keep still, but he loves Reiki with Sarah. She is very patient with him and he is able to stay still for longer periods of time since beginning Reiki. I have had Reiki with Sarah as well, and have suffered some 'healing crises' afterwards but these are temporary and can be part of the normal healing process for some people. Also I am now embarking on Past Life Energy Healing with Sarah. It is too early to say how beneficial this is.Sarah is very patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. Sarah is an excellent meditation leader/teacher. She is also a wonderful therapist. I attended her Meditation 1 and 2 courses and A beginner's guide to Crystal Healing. I have also seen her for Reiki. She is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. She has helped me enormously and and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
