Although some of PCHOME UK competitors has more positive reviews than they have , however my instinct told me to go ahead with this company irrespective that I have never heard of them before. I am ever so pleased that I followed my instinct. I contacted Farid yesterday Tuesday, 18th February 2025 in regards to the problems I was having with my printer which stopped working and I also needed a new keyboard urgently but didn't have the time to go the shop to buy a new one. Farid came to my place yesterday, the same day I rang him. He repaired my printer and also gave me some technical advise and also brought along a new keyboard for me. He was at my property for just only 40 minutes and his charges for the works and for the new keyboard were very fair. If I have any problems again in future concerning my PC/Printer my first point of contact will always be PCHOME UKMany thanks Farid.

I phoned Farid to ask if he could fix my laptop that hadnt been used for quite a long time, it still had the remnants of Windows 7! I took the laptop into his office on the same day, and within 3 days, it was up and running with Windows 10 and Norton protection. Had a hard disk failure on my Apple Mac. Fantastic and professional repair service provided. Hard disk replaced with SSD and now the machine is running so much faster than before. Could not ask for more from Farid at PC Home. Highly Recommended!

Really please with Farid, he was very helpful and explained what’s needed to be done. We had been advised by Apple to scrap the Mac Book Air so really pleased the quick, efficient service and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.

Really impressive service in retrieving my data when my external hard drive fell onto a hard floor. Seagate (who manufactured the drive) told me there was no way of retrieving the irreplaceable data - but PCHOME UK succeeded in doing so. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, taking a seemingly personal (not just professional) interest in helping me, keeping me updated throughout the process (which required several days), and regularly reassuring me that all was not lost! They seemed almost as pleased as I was when the recovery was successfully completed! Particular credit as this was over the Christmas / New Year period when many other companies completely shut down.

Earlier this year, my computer unfortunately had problems. My hard drive became compromised and the back-up was wholly insufficient. PC Home came out at very short notice and assisted throughout getting me up and running in a very short period of time and then assisting with data recovery. I am now in a better position than before.
