Crashed laptop. Graham removed all data from my laptop, wiped and repartitioned the SSD, did a four hour disc check, reinstalled windows 10 Pro, reinstalled my data back onto the laptop and installed windows office pro 2016, all for a reasonable price. 11 out of 10. Next day pickup. Brilliant service.

What superb service, called them at 7. 00 Friday night with a problem with my laptop the guy was not in but called me back within ten minutes and talked me through solving the problem myself ,, cost me absolutely nothing, most companies would have took the laptop away and i would have had a large bill to pay methinks. Tier number is in my book for the future that's for sure.
