Paperback designs is a small yet perfect company! From start to finish Dan made every effort to complete the work quickly and efficiently, and if something needed altering or changing this was done without question and almost immediately. Nothing was too much effort and even if there were questions not directly linked to the website, he was happy to answer these or help as best he could. Email is the best way to stay in contact and advantageous as you can go back anytime to look up previous conversations. I liked that he took payment in chucks, as this is a start up business it saved a heavy outgoing all at once. The website took approximately two months to complete, however this included two seperate meetings in which an initial chat about the website took place, and then a later discussion about how to work the admin pages, which I found extremely beneficial. The end result of the website is wonderful, however Dan makes no pressure in that being it, he is more than willing to add, take away, or adjust things accordingly at any future date. I made the best choice in going to Paperback designs, and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in creating their own site.

From the first meeting with Dan he has always been very helpful and easily contactable. He meet with us in person to discuss our needs and offered helpful advice. At every stage of the design process he kept us informed of what was happening and when things weren't progressing as fast as he thought they should, Dan chased the third parties involved to get the issues resolved. Dan ensured that we understood everything he was telling us about and has made the website easy to administer and update. We are extremely pleased with the final live site and couldn't have asked for any more.
