Recommended by a friend, I've been having reflexology sessions with Sian since July 2011. I needed help with keeping my stress levels under control, which often exacerbated my inflammatory bowel disease (collagenous colitis) and disrupted my sleeping patterns. Since commencing my treatment with Sian, I have felt so much better both emotionally and physically. I've not had any flare-ups of the IBD and hence have not had to resort to taking steroids to manage the condition. I'm back in control of my own health and feel amazing. Whilst I consider my regular sessions with Sian essential, as well as a real treat, they are also very rewarding and I leave her feeling revitalised and ready for whatever life has to throw at me! I decided to book a reflexology appointment with Sian back in 2011 as I was constantly feeling run down, tried, stressed and not feeling 'me'. I saw Sian whilst pregnant and suffering from recurrent urine infections. After just one session of reflexology I felt amazingly better and did not get another infection during my pregnancy. Having fortnightly sessions leading up to the birth allowed me to experience a stress free, relaxing pregnancy and then a very quick and easy birth! I highly recommend her.
