On Your Bike is a friendly, family-run motorcycle training school based in Warrington. The School is owned and operated by Angela, DVSA-approved Instructor and certified IAM advanced rider, along side her experienced team. We provide training across the complete licence pathway, from the first CBT Training course right through to Direct Access, Module 1, Module 2 licence' s. CBT courses start from £225 and include the use of a well maintained bike, Helmet and jacket. We pride ourselves on patient, thorough tuition that puts the safety and rider confidence at the Centre of every lesson. And we never rush a learner to the next level until they are ready. Students come to us from Warrington, Runcon, Widnes, Wigan and the surrounding areas. Whether you are onto a motorbike for the first time or returning to riding after a break, we look forward to welcoming you.

Our Compulsory Basic Training courses are designed for anyone aged sixteen or over who wants to begin riding a motorcycle or scooter on UK roads. The CBT is a one-day course that takes you from the basics of motorcycle controls, through off-road practical skills, and finally out onto the road under the supervision of your instructor. At On Your Bike we charge from £225, and that price includes the use of a well-maintained training bike, a helmet and a jacket. You will need to bring a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and clothing that suits the weather on the day. We never rush the course; if a learner needs more time in the off-road section before going onto the road, we take that time. Once your CBT certificate is issued, you can legally ride a 125cc motorcycle or scooter on the road with L-plates for up to two years. Same-day CBT bookings are usually possible if there is availability.

If you are eighteen or older and want to ride any size of motorcycle without restriction, Direct Access is the route to a full motorcycle licence. On Your Bike provides DAS training in Warrington with a structured approach that builds confidence step by step. Most students begin with a CBT, gain a little riding experience, and then progress into Direct Access once they are comfortable on a smaller machine. Our DAS training prepares you for both the Module 1 off-road manoeuvres test and the Module 2 on-road test, and we train you on the same category of bike you will sit your test on, so there are no surprises on the day. Lessons are delivered by Angela, a DVSA-approved instructor and certified IAM Advanced Rider, alongside her experienced team. All training bikes, helmets and jackets are provided. Passing the Module 1 and Module 2 motorcycle tests requires confidence in specific manoeuvres and the ability to ride safely in real traffic. At On Your Bike we offer dedicated preparation for both modules, whether you are training with us as part of a full Direct Access programme or coming to us purely for focused test preparation. Module 1 is the off-road test that includes the slow-speed manoeuvres, the figure of eight, the slalom, the hazard avoidance exercise and the emergency stop. Module 2 is the on-road test, lasting around forty minutes, during which a DVSA examiner assesses your riding in everyday traffic conditions. Our instructors know the local test routes well and will help you build the skills, the timing, and the calm mindset needed to pass first time. Sessions are run on well-maintained training bikes that meet the exact specifications required for the test. We serve students from Warrington, Cheshire, Runcorn, Widnes, Wigan and the surrounding areas.
