I was in a very difficult position today and was able to get help from Ola Leslie Solicitors without even having an appointment. I am Canadian and am here for a couple of weeks and my lawyer at home sent me documents that needed to be notarized TODAY in order to finalize a real estate transaction. Klara Kaja and Shivani Vara were empathetic to my situation and were willing to fit me into their busy day so that I could finalize my sale by the deadline of tomorrow. I cannot thank these two ladies enough for their support. They were professional, efficient, and delightful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this firm. I would also like to thank Ayesha Leslie. I sent Ayesha an email with my transaction documents today with a plea for help. Not many firms would be so accommodating.

I used Ola Leslie solicitors when taking on the lease of a retail unit and also to assign the lease 2 years later. On both occasions their costs were extremely competitive and the service I received was exceptional. For the assignment, Elizabeth Bamigboye dealt with my case. I instructed the company for conveyancing. After I paid the initial fees, I could initially get through to them but a few weeks later I no longer have any ways of getting through to them. Phone calls are not returned, and when I get through they are either on lunch break, busy, or not available, or not in office so cant be reached on the phone, emails are ignored, fingers crossed this is not a scam company but I'm surprised they can treat customers in this way and is still in business. Please avoid this company at all costs.

We engaged these solicitors as freeholders to deal with one of our properties. They were chosen as a result of the good reviews seen here. However, this has not been our experience. The service has been consistently poor. They are difficult to reach by phone directly being frequently "busy", messages left receive a poor response if at all. Emails are ignored and the queries contained unanswered. I understand that they have been paid up front by the third party involved so we have little comeback. In the end we have engaged alternative representation to support us through the process. Overall, not recommended.Subsequent to the events above, I did receive contact from Ola re our treatment once this review was drawn to her attention. Superb. Ola Kupoluyi worked as our conveyancer on a pretty complex house purchase - complex in terms of the technical details of the flat, and also the people involved. The whole transaction took about six months, and Ola was helpful and thorough all the way through. We chose Ola as she had specific experience in a London council planning department, and our house purchase involved requesting planning changes on a live/work unit. There were also complex issues in terms of the structuring of the freehold of the building. In addition, the vendors and their solicitor were extremely difficult to work with - often seemingly irrational and quite rude - Ola dealt with them like a true professional and was always a calming influence. Best of all was being able to pick up the phone, and speak with Ola directly, or get her detailed thoughts by email. She worked incredible hours for us too, if important news came in late in the evening, she'd give us a call then - once at 9pm on a really crucial point. We really couldn't have done it without Ola; the transaction couldn't have been much more difficult, but with her help it all worked out and I couldn't recommend her more.

I dealt with Ola Kupoluyi who was very knowlegeable and also very quick to respond to all queries . All her advice was spot on and easy to understand. Also for a law firm in central london their fees were very reasonable and I will definately be using them again for any future work as they were very good.
