Second Degree burn. Had a cryo treatment to reduce double chin. Right after treatment developed raw weeping skin and blisters. OFf clinic said it's expected side effects. After 5 hours in A&E I was referred to Emergency Burn Unit in East Grinstead. I was seen by Consultant, who had confirmed 2nd degree burn. Few weeks later I am attending the Scar Clinic. Would not recommend.

This place changed my life. The people were great, and answered all of my questions. After 6 sessions, my face is now smooth, and hair-free! I’m not embarrassed to leave my apartment any longer! Don’t hesitate. It’s the best life choice I’ve ever made.

Very professional and experienced practitioners! I've had HIFU Facelift and Lip Filler treatments at OFF's Hove branch last month and the results have been OUTSTANDING! I've carried out well detailed research about this Clinic and their doctors and so glad that I've selected this clinic as my go to clinic. I will be back for other treatments especially :) laser hair removal. I've heard from their existing client that her laser hair removal results were perfect! WONDERFUL experience! I am middle eastern and have suffered a lot from ingrown and thick hairs until I came across OFF skin laser clinic. I have had 8 sessions of full body laser hair removal at their Hove branch and my sessions were completed just before lockdown. Its been around 5 months since I had my last laser session and heyy no single hair grown back since then :) :) I am soooo HAPPY that I came across this place and I've already referred friends and my sister to get laser treatment here! Highly recomended xx.

I have started with HIFU treatment 2 months ago the result was PERFECT :) I’ve had my patch test last week for laser hair removal and they were really accommodating. They made sure that the procedure is safe for the clients with their checklist and assessment. Today, I’ll have my first session. Can’t wait for the results.

The girls in OFF are so professional and always make you feel comfortable. My appointment is always on time which is a plus for me. I've had three areas of laser treatment done and could not be happier. Highly recommend :).

The ladies who work here are nice and the shop is clean but the treatment for laser hair removal does not work! I had 9 treatments for full body and upper lip and I still have full hair growth. The owner said it may be due to hormonal reasons when I’ve never had any issues with hormones. I’m Asian with fair skin. The first 3 treatments I had were not performed correctly, no chalk was used to mark up the body and parts of the body were missed with the laser gun. Also there are always ‘half price’ offers at this place, I believe this is just a way to get customers in, it’s not an offer that is the real cost of the treatment. I would not recommend this place and try a more advanced treatment in London. The set up is also poor, having to face a wall when the treatment should be in a middle of a room without a wall on the side as the therapists struggled to reach the right side off the body, which is uncomfortable for the client and it means the therapists has to reach over and probably missing areas that need to be treated. It also HURTS, I had to pay extra for numbing cream at each sessions and even this didn’t help the pain.Moreexpand_more
