Before I picked up the phone and called PCP we had so many problems with our current website built by a company in Manchester. We decided to use them as they are very local to us and have been using PCP now for a couple of months. So far we have had a brand new WordPress e-commerce website built which looks amazing and is fully functional and our SEO rankings are already improving. We have been using PCP for just over 3 months to improve the Page ranking of our website. We are only a small local business but needed to get more traffic to our website. Initially we were going to 'build our own' website or use a previous design/hosting company but were recommended to P. C. P, a decision which we are glad we have made. The ongoing service we received has been exceptional which has gone beyond simply designing and hosting the site and would have no hesitation in recommending others. The knowledge provided to our business has proved invaluable. As we continue to get more visitors to our site, the number of bookings we are getting continues to increase. Getting the right design initially was an issue for us which PCP allowed us to change, and continued to tweek until we were happy. Not the cheapest, but value for money, again, exceptional. There were slightly cheaper options available to us, but having initially researched the options and listened to what P. C. P could offer, we had no hesitation in trusting them to manage our website. I have needed Wayne's expertise on several occasions. He has replaced parts, added memory, cleaned up several laptops as well as looking over the wireless network in our home. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for Wayne at PCP. Friendly, kind, patient, supportive, reliable and helpful would all be words I would use to describe him. He helped my son when he had problems with his old laptop and advised him when he needed to buy a new one and helped him set it up and put on the software and antiviruses etc. My son knows that he can call on him any time for help. He also helped resurrect my 'dinosaur computer' and gave it new life! He has been very patient with my lack of computer knowledge and helped me a great deal. He gives me email support if necessary as well as home visits if the computer cannot be taken in for repair. He has also helped my mum from a distance with her computer problems. I would always recommend PCP to my family and friends.

I have had various work done by Wayne, new battery, input new security software, new laptop screen, servicing of mine and my sisters laptop, very quick reliable service, and very good value, Wayne even sorted out my dads Sat Nav programme! Would definately recommend to friends and family.

Wayne helped sort out a problem when my photo software went wrong. He managed to rescue the majority of my photos that I thought I had lost. He also cleaned up my computer and left me with clear instructions on how to keep it tidy. He was quick to call, understanding of my limited computer knowledge and explained things to me in language I could understand. Strongly recommended.

My laptop lost wifi. Took it to Mr Pollard he was very professional and fixed the problem quickly and also got rid of all the programmes I didn't need to help it run faster. Would recommend his work to anyone.
