Namaste Hatha Yoga is based at Studio 2, East Clyffe Farm, Steeple Langford Salisbury, Wiltshire SP3 4LZ. My rustic, tranquil studio is the perfect place to relax and connect your breathe to movement. I provide Hatha Yoga Classes, Vinyasa Flows, Power Yoga Classes Restorative yoga, Chair Yoga and Meditation and yoga workshops My classes are suitable for all abilities and beginners are welcome. I provide group classes, one to one private yoga tuition, yoga therapy and yoga in the workplace.
I offer private yoga classes for clients that don't want to or don't have the time to attend my normal classes.
Having private tuitition gives you the opportunity to focus on your own individual practice.
The class will be especially tailored to your own level of fitness and ability and can be scheduled to fit in with your busy day.

I have undertaken a Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy Course by Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), ‘Understanding Obesity’ by The University of Edinburgh, Yoga and Physiology by New York University, and have recently completed a course in the Science of Exercise by the University of Colorado Boulder.
I live in Salisbury Wiltshire and my hobbies include learning new yoga sequences, going to the gym, cooking vegetarian and vegan meals for family and friends, reading and walking my dog, Tank, in the New Forest I also enjoy going for bike rides in the Summer months and have recently taken up padddle boarding.
