Mark is a helpful and responsive landlord. He always ensured that any issues were promptly resolved. He also conducts a thorough check on prospective tenants, which gave me a piece of mind when I moved into the shared flat.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Let a property for around 15 years from MyLets. Mark went above and beyond for us whenever we had any issues. Very professional, diligent about safety checks, respectful and good natured at all times with his customer service. All contact was responded to promptly no matter when made. We were very lucky to have him (and Elaine) as agents and 100% reccomend them to anyone looking to lease.

Mark is a great agent/landlord, he is very swift with any complaints making sure your are getting your money's worth. From the move in to moving out he was wondering.

If there’re 1000 stars, I’d definitely give Mark. He deserves his flowers for being the best property manager. Was it how prompt he responded to my complaints with immediate actions when I was his tenant or his advice about long term goals. He’s super exceptional and from the debth of my heart, I want to publicly say thank you and God bless you Mark, your professionalism yet humanity conscious is rare this age. Two years after moving out of his property, Mark is still very helpful to my renting issues and still advise me about future plans.
