I have recently settled in Newcastle and I am very happy I came across MyLets. Mark is a wonderful letting agent, and helped to find accommodation that fits my requests. It is easy to get in touch with him about any issue and he responds immediately. It was possible to view accommodation online before coming to the city and he also met me me when I was checking-in and showed around. He is very helpful, polite and steps in when needed.

Mark was by far the best landlord I've had in 8 years of renting. Always responded promptly to messages, organised repairs in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to resolve whatever issues we might have had. My top floor room was flooded with rainwater due to a skylight window being left open while I was away for Christmas. Mark very kindly cleaned up the water, propped up my mattress and offered to wash my bedding. He's knowledgeable about the property, personable and reliable.
