Andrew is lovely, and explained everything to me clearly and was very efficient! His services was quick and easy, he even watches you ride and will alter your seat for you. Will definitely be using again.

Andrew loves bicycles and came to my rescue when my bike was terribly serviced by another big London chain that rhymes with Kettle. In one day he delivered my a bike that rode like new.

It was a great accident that I bumped into Andrew fixing a neighbour's bike. I had three bikes that had been thoroughly neglected, 2 for 17 years and one, my Dawes Ladybird that I'd had since I was 16, for even longer. Andrew took up the challenge, restored all three bikes, including my Dawes. Andrew provided a fast and great value service. I recommend him and his team highly.

Westhill Ghost 2 E-bike in dire need of a bloody good service and clean. What I got from Andrew was all of the above along plus love, he spent nearly 2 hours servicing my bike and when it was finished it rode a dream ! I have used MobeOne before for a traditional mountain bike some years ago and the service was brilliant then and it still is now ! I needed an inner tube replaced after a major puncture on my way to work. The service is pricey but for me totally worth it as someone fairly new to cycling. Rachid was really helpful and quick to fix the tire. He even gave some tips on what to get done to my bike when I get it serviced.

A fantastic service - very friendly and hard-working. Serviced a 30 year old racing bike that hadn't been used for 3 years - now bright and shining with everything running really smoothly. It was great to have a fixed appointment and for you to come to the house and do the work outside on a Saturday morning.

Was recommended MobeOne by a friend so thought I would give them a go after moving to a new location where the nearest bike shop was some distance away and didn't rate particularly well online. Booked a Saturday Silver Service plus new chain (and fitting), which I managed to do on the Tuesday beforehand so for anyone time pressed (such as me) or not having a good LBS nearby (like me) this is ideal. Bike was serviced by Andy the guy who covers the North London area and he turned up early and parked nearby. My flat has limited off road parking but this wasn't an issue as he was happy to service the bike as long as there was parking on road and a pavement for the stand. A couple of hours later I had a gleaming, serviced bike with a new chain. Gave it a 50km spin this morning and it runs like a dream. First class service by the sort of person who isn't happy with their own work until it's perfect. Will definitely be using them again and recommend them highly.

I was really impressed with the service received on a recent visit from Mobeone to build my bike. It was really quick and easy, done within an hour and the bike looked superb. They were very friendly and accommodating so the service was perfect! I highly recommend them!

Couldn't ask for better quality, better value or friendlier service. Myself and housemate have been using MobeOne for several years, and we wouldn't dream of using anyone else now. Can't understand why anyone would want to trek their bike to a bike repair shop when they can have MobeOne come to them and offer better value and better quality service. Do yourselves a favour, try them!

My tyre had punctured and I had not had time to take it to the repair shop. By chance I walked past MobeOne's repair van and asked how easy it was to change a tyre (thought I might try myself! ) Anyway, the man was really helpful. I said I was local and he said he would pop round after he had finished his current job. Sure enough he was at my door and hour later and fixed my bike quickly and efficiently and charged me much less than I would have paid in the shop. Thanks Andrew, you were great! I'll definitely be using your service from now on.

I'm have used this service 3 or 4 times over the last few years and I have always been really happy with the results. Today my bike has had a new chain and a service and it is also very cleanI can't wait to ride it to work tomorrow!
