I cannot recommend Manoj highly enough - he is extremely friendly, helpful, professional and tidy! He has replaced a 6ft fence for us, with gravel boards and concrete posts which looks fantastic ! He recently replaced 2 wooden posts which was difficult as they had been set in concrete in my neighbours patio ! Manoj managed to lift the flag stone without damaging it and has done a brilliant job ! He is extremely tidy and we are about to ask Manoj to replace our front garden fence ! I would very highly recommend Manoj !

After we had some trees and stumps removed we were left with an area thick with roots surrounded with bare earth where shade had killed the lawn. Manoj advised on suitable plants for best display throughout the year; he and the team prepared the area for planting, then planted the bushes and flowers and sowed new lawn around the area. They also renewed other areas of lawn damaged by summer 2018's drought. The work was done promptly and tidily and we are very pleased with it.

Manoj, Chris and Jack did an excellent job, working very hard to remove old trees, terrace, membrane and gravel - even in terrible winter weather to produce a very pleasing result indeed. Very responsive to changes and additions to the job, and friendly and good humoured throughout. Good clean finish after removing rubbish.

M and M turned up on time and started working promptly. They came to refit some fence posts/panels blown in by the gales and also to refit a heavy wooden gate which needed a new post fitting and the gate re-fixed. The old concrete posts was very hard to get out but they worked hard to remove them. The panels and gate were duly fitted and all is as solid as a rock.

I chose M and M Gardening Services because they provided me with the lowest quote for the work I wanted done. I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the quality of the work, the professionalism and friendliness of the guys doing the work and the way in which they ensured that they left the sight in pristine condition when they had finished. Manoj and Chris repaired our decking, cleaned and oiled it and gave good advice for future preservation of it. Reliable and pleasant, would recommend.

M&M reinstated my mother's garden which had suffered badly during major building work. They cleared and levelled and laid turf, ready for my mother to get gardening again. Communication was excellent, we are very pleased with the work, and they are genuinely hard working and very pleasant.

I asked Manoj and Chris about doing a complete make over of my garden and put some fencing up on both sides, the ideas they had were excellent so we decided to go ahead. We are very happy with the end results and we are looking forward to sitting back and enjoying the summer in our brand new garden. They were unfailingly polite, worked efficiently and cleared up quickly. Delighted all round! Highly recommend this team of experienced gardeners for any job you may have.

Manoj was unusual in a good way, he arrived when he said he would, communicated really well and clearly, put a quote in promptly and turned up when he said he would. The work was to a good standard and I will be using him again.

Very pleased with work done. Had hedge/bushes cleared and new fencing installed at end of garden plus small fence and gate at side of house/garage. Cleared up all cuttings etc. Found them very easy to deal with and would recommend their services.

Manoj and Chris took on our very unruly banked garden and did an excellent job, it looks so tidy. They removed lots of brambles and saplings and did lots of pruning. Generally I'm very satisfied. We have a gravel drive on a slope that was being damaged by wheels spinning due to the gradient. Manoj dug out the drive to install gravel grids over quiet a large area (about 70 square meters) and replaced the gravel, and we now have a much better drive surface as a result. I liked Manoj and found him very straightforward to deal with, and (unlike some tradespeople I have encountered) very good at communicating - he always answers the phone and responds promptly to emails. I will be happy to use M&M Gardening Services again.

CAVEAT EMPTOR - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND; THREATENING AND MENANCING. My ex-partner and I requested a garden clearance from this company in July 2016; I don't usually write negative reviews but unfortunately, the service we received from M&M Gardening Services was so poor, I felt compelled to write something, if only to warn other potential customers of the standard of service they might reasonably expect. Initially, things started off fairly well; there was a prompt appraisal of the job (although the work mate that accompanied him was highly objectionable, groaning and complaining about the amount of work that was required) and the quote was sent through quickly. Very few of the items we discussed and agreed were on the written quote, which should have been my first warning and I accept responsibility for this. There was very poor communication; for example, on the agreed start date, it was raining heavily and there was no communication to confirm that the work would be starting; instead, Mr Ladva and his team simply turned up at around 1pm in the afternoon. Most of the agreed work was completed within the specified time-frame (1-2 days), however we were continually fobbed off about the removal of the vegetation, which he never completed and we had to remove ourselves. He simply sprayed the plants once, then left for a week and only returned to spray the plants again when my ex-partner complained. He disappeared again. We did not hear from him again and he did not return to the property. Through all this there was no communication from Mr Ladva, except when we called to complain on two occasions. So, imagine my surprise when he sends me the invoice for almost the full sum, saying that he had made "good will adjustments" (of £30), despite me making the point that he had only completed two-thirds of the work. Despite receiving no telephone calls or emails, Mr Ladva turns up to the house and behaves menancingly and threateningly towards my ex-partner, demanding money. He has been paid for the work completed. To anyone who is considering booking M&M Gardening Services for garden work - please consider my experience. If you receive a vague quotation that is not representative of the discussion you have, then do not book! He is clearly not the sort of person who can be relied upon to honour his word. He clears cares nothing for providing a good customer experience; never once did he spell my name correctly, despite my email address being my name. That might sound petty but if he can get such a small but important detail wrong, it's highly likely that he will get other things wrong that may have a massive impact.Moreexpand_more

Manoj and his team worked tirelessly and were so patient when we changed our minds - again, and again! They were incredibly polite and never stopped working despite some days being blisteringly hot. I wish I'd taken some 'before' photos because the transformation- taking out huge apple trees, a great big old pine and massive overgrown fuschia looked completely daunting to us. Manoj took it all in his stride. He took everything away and we didn't have any rubbish or mess left on our drive, despite the mammoth job of getting rid of all the trees. I would totally recommend M and M to anyone wanting a good quality job from a really nice guy. We want him to come back next year to trim the hedges and our other trees for us.

We asked Manoj to repair a fence that had been blown down which included digging out the existing posts which had rotted through. He is very polite and helpful and provided a quote the following day. Manoj and his team did exactly what they had been asked to do. His quote was very fair and we are very pleased with the service provided.

Manoj and a colleague spent a little over half a day clipping and trimming bushes and ground clearing and made a spectacular improvement. I asked them to come back to build a fence in the back garden, which they have done very competently. Previous testimonials encouraged me to engage them in the first place so I am glad to add my own Five star review.

Excellent level of service, my garden and drive way was restored to new. The extra mile was given where some garden bushes were trimmed back and tidied. I would use this company again.

The fencing work was carried out in difficult weather conditions with the minimum of disruption to the normal operations of the Church where a preschool meets and there is a luncheon club. The finished fence secures the boundary and will prevent any future entry into the grounds from that direction.

Manoj did an excellent job for us. We had just moved into our new house and needed the bottom of the garden clearing, a fence erecting and 3 gates putting in. Manoj came out to view the job the same day I called and promptly emailed the quote to me. He and his colleague arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. Manoj's original fence supplier had increased their prices, so he tracked down another supplier to ensure he was able to complete the job as quoted. Manoj is polite and considerate and I won't hesitate to contact him again when we need more work doing.
